Refund policy

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to offer a refund, credit, or exchange for goods returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods are received in original condition, with tags still attached, and are in clean, unused, resalable condition.

Returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or exchange requests are approved at our discretion. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please email us with details of the issue and we’ll get back to you promptly.

For returns and exchanges, please complete the return form that came with your boots and include the reason for the return. Once the goods have been received and checked, we will process your refund, credit, or exchange as soon as possible.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand consumer law.

Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an online order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, provided the order has not already been packed or dispatched.

When contacting us to cancel an order, please provide your name, order number, and contact details.

If your order has not been dispatched, you will receive a full refund.

Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be able to request a return, refund, credit, or exchange in accordance with our returns policy.
