Online Orders

All prices on this website are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) or Australian Dollars (AUD), depending on your selected location, market, or checkout settings.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange or credit/refund for unused goods returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods are received in original, unused condition, with packaging intact where applicable.

Returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or exchange requests are approved at our discretion. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue. We will review the matter and provide instructions on how to proceed.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand consumer law.

Before returning any item, please email us with your order number, contact details, and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions.

Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an online order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, provided the order has not already been packed or dispatched.

When contacting us to cancel an order, please provide your name, order number, and contact details.

If your order has not been dispatched, we will issue a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still be able to request a return or exchange in accordance with our returns policy.

Delivery

New Zealand Orders

We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order details, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery times are generally:

• North Island: 2–3 working days

• South Island: 3–4 working days

• Rural delivery: please allow an extra 1–2 working days

All deliveries are made by courier, so a physical delivery address is preferred.

Delivery to a PO Box may be accepted by prior arrangement only. If you wish to use a PO Box address, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether delivery is possible.

Boonies Footwear is not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer, or items that are wrongfully signed for or accepted by a third party.

International Orders

International orders are packed and dispatched as soon as possible after receiving your order details.

We use international parcel services, and delivery timeframes will vary depending on the destination country, courier service, and customs processing times.

International orders may be shown and charged in NZD or AUD, depending on the selected market and checkout settings.

Please contact us if you require a specific international shipping quote or delivery estimate.
