Shipping Policy

At Boonies, we use a mix of trusted courier services to help get the best delivery outcome for our customers. The courier used may vary depending on your location, delivery address, parcel size, and the service that will provide the most reliable result.

Order Processing

We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

New Zealand Delivery

Estimated delivery times within New Zealand are:

  • North Island urban addresses: 1–3 working days

  • South Island urban addresses: 2–4 working days

  • Rural delivery addresses: Please allow extra time on top of the standard delivery estimates

Rural delivery can take a few extra working days depending on the courier network and your location.

All delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather events, or high-volume periods.

Rural Delivery

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout, including any rural delivery details where required.

If your address is classified as rural delivery, please allow additional delivery time. Rural delivery timeframes can vary depending on the courier and region.

PO Box Delivery

Delivery to a PO Box may be accepted by prior arrangement only. Please contact us before placing your order if you wish to use a PO Box address, so we can confirm whether delivery is possible.

Australia Delivery

For Australian orders, we use NZ Post International.

Estimated delivery time to Australia is generally 4–8 working days, depending on the delivery location and customs processing.

Please note that international delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Express International Delivery

Express international delivery through DHL may be available on request.

If you require express delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability, timing, and pricing.

Delivery Address

Please provide a full and accurate delivery address at checkout. Boonies Footwear is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer.

All courier deliveries require a physical delivery address unless a PO Box delivery has been arranged with us first.

Delivery Delays

We do our best to get your order on its way quickly, but delivery times are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed to the courier, delays may occur that are outside our control.

If your parcel appears delayed, please contact us and we’ll help follow it up with the courier where possible.
